We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our Tempest team, working in a thriving mainstream secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with students, providing crucial support to their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classes during the absence of teachers, ensuring students stay on task and follow lesson plans.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and resources across a variety of subjects.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that supports student engagement and achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff to enhance the learning experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in managing classrooms and maintaining a productive atmosphere.
