About the Role We are seeking a Drama Teacher to join a supportive and creative faculty at a thriving secondary school in Waltham Forest. The successful candidate will teach Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, fostering students' creativity, confidence, and passion for the performing arts. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Drama lessons for students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Lead extracurricular Drama clubs and school productions. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the Drama curriculum. About You The ideal candidate will possess: A PGCE in Drama, or a Degree in Drama (or a related field) with a teaching qualification. Experience teaching Drama to secondary school students, preferably in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. A passion for the performing arts and a commitment to inspiring students. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. A proactive and collaborative approach to teaching and school life.
