In particular, candidates should have:

Ability to, plan and assess and give meaningful feedback to students
Passionate about Economics with the knowledge and skills to enthuse our highly ambitious students
An excellent track record teaching at GCSE and A level, where possible, demonstrated through exemplary examination results
A willingness to teach across Business and Economics and broaden curriculum understanding
A willingness to contribute to the development of the Academy's Christian ethos
The passion and ability to inspire and motivate others
The ability to be a confident and highly effective classroom teacher, sensitive to student need, with high expectations of all
Enthusiasm for developing innovative approaches to learning and teaching
A clear understanding of the current curriculum, assessment and pedagogical developments relating to Economics
Be committed to their own professional development and learning
A passion to work collaboratively to develop a knowledge rich, diverse and inclusive curriculum
