We are seeking an exceptional Teacher of Engineering to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to young people aged 16-19. This role is ideal for both qualified and unqualified teachers with a wealth of Engineering experience. For unqualified teachers, we offer support to gain a recognised teaching qualification.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment, stretching and challenging students to reach their potential.
  • Ensure students feel confident about their future careers and life outside of school.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
  • Engage with students in a manner that promotes enthusiasm and a positive learning environment.
  • Maintain high standards of education and professionalism.
  • Continuously assess and respond to student needs and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • For Qualified Teachers: Must hold a relevant teaching qualification.
  • For Unqualified Teachers: Must possess substantial experience in Engineering, with support provided to gain teaching qualifications.
  • Strong passion for Engineering and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
