- Unqualified Teacher: £30,747 - £33,199 (pro-rata)
We are seeking an exceptional Teacher of Engineering to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to young people aged 16-19. This role is ideal for both qualified and unqualified teachers with a wealth of Engineering experience. For unqualified teachers, we offer support to gain a recognised teaching qualification.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment, stretching and challenging students to reach their potential.
- Ensure students feel confident about their future careers and life outside of school.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Engage with students in a manner that promotes enthusiasm and a positive learning environment.
- Maintain high standards of education and professionalism.
- Continuously assess and respond to student needs and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- For Qualified Teachers: Must hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- For Unqualified Teachers: Must possess substantial experience in Engineering, with support provided to gain teaching qualifications.
