- Student Assessment:Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Extracurricular Activities:Lead and participate in extracurricular activities, such as literature clubs, debate teams, and writing workshops.
- Professional Development:Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices.
- Parental Engagement:Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
- Classroom Management:Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience:Proven experience teaching English at the secondary school level.
- Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for literature and language.
- Attributes:Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to fostering a love of learning in students.
- Technology Proficiency:Comfortable using educational technology and digital resources to enhance learning.
