SEN English Teacher
Are you an experienced and passionate English Teacher looking for your next challenge? We are a new SEN school, proud to support students with autism. Since opening in September 2022, we have achieved a "GOOD" rating from Ofsted in under two years, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team and provide maternity cover.

About the Role:
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has an excellent teaching record.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Has experience using restorative practices and effective behaviour management strategies, alongside a strong rapport with challenging pupils.
- Can monitor and review progress through self-evaluation, report writing, and clear record-keeping.
- Can teach flexibly, innovative, and responsively in a challenging environment.
- Can plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning for individuals and small groups, achieving high-quality outcomes for all pupils.
- Has evidence of successfully managing and supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
- Is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
