Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in English Literature and Language.

Essential Criteria:
- A degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related field.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Some experience of teaching or tutoring (though not essential).
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for English and exam board requirements.
