Key Responsibilities – English Teacher:
•    Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
•    Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and an adaptable approach to ensure every learner reaches their full potential.
•    Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching strategies within the department.
•    Support the school's vision of academic excellence and high expectations, through an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
•    Foster a love of learning and inspire students. 
•    Engage with parents, carers, and colleagues to support students’ academic and personal development.

What We’re Looking For – English Teacher:
•    A qualified teacher with UK QTS and a strong academic background in English.
•    Strong subject knowledge and evidence of excellent practice. 
•    Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual needs and barriers to learning. 
•    A passion for literature and language, with the ability to inspire students.
•    Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
•    A collaborative, proactive approach to teaching and wider school life.
