What We're Looking For:?? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with an English specialism.?? PGCE in English or a related field.?? Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school setting.?? A proven track record of high pupil progress and attainment.?? Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.?? Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
