We are pursuing a fantastic, qualified English Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming team within a mainstream secondary school based in South East London. This English Teacher position will require you deliver national curriculum lessons to students in KS3 &4.

Requirements:
- PGCE and QTS/QTLS: Hold a recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) and possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Demonstrate proven experience working with students who have severe SEN needs, particularly those with autism and complex needs.
- Be adaptable and flexible, tailoring teaching methods to suit the individual learning styles of students within the class.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to the holistic development of students, fostering an environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential.
