This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher who is eager to make a positive impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.The Role:As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, ensuring they are challenged and motivated to achieve their best. You will work as part of a collaborative team to promote a love of literature and language, inspiring students to develop their critical thinking and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and engagement.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and extracurricular activities as required.
About You:
  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong passion for English and education.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Experience working in secondary education (desirable but not essential).
