We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified English Teacher with a flair for Drama to join a secondary school in Greenwich (Southeast London). This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediate start, with the potential for a ongoing role.

Position Details:

Role: English Teacher (with Drama teaching experience)

Location: Greenwich, Southeast London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Start Date: Immediate start (ongoing role)

Duration: Temporary, with potential to transition to permanent

Salary: £150-180 per day - Depending on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Key Stage 3 English as part of a dynamic and supportive department

Deliver Key Stage 3 Drama lessons, integrating English and Drama curricula

Plan and implement engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students

Contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities, including drama productions, if applicable

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English (Essential)

Enhanced DBS

Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 level (Essential)

Experience or a strong interest in teaching Drama (Essential)

A passion for education and a creative approach to teaching

Ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage students
