About the RoleThe school are looking for a passionate and dedicated Female PE Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a long-term role, starting ASAP, where you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students in physical education while contributing to their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PE lessons to students across Key Stage 3 & 4.
- Encourage active participation and foster a love for physical activity.
- Plan and deliver dynamic and inclusive lesson plans.
- Assess student progress, providing feedback to promote development.
- Lead and support extracurricular sports clubs and activities.
- Contribute to the school's culture of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physical Education or related field.
- Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting.
- Passion for physical education and student development.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
