A fantastic secondary school in Enfield is seeking a Geography Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is considering a career in teaching or education.
Role Overview:
- Support students in Geography lessons, both in groups and one-to-one.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, classroom activities, and resource preparation.
- Work with students of varying abilities, including those with SEN or EAL needs.
- Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Gain hands-on experience before pursuing teacher training.
Requirements:
- A degree in Geography or a related subject.
- Passion for education and supporting young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or classroom support) is desirable but not essential.
