- Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Geography examinations, ensuring high levels of achievement.
- Inspire curiosity and a deep understanding of geographical concepts, global issues, and physical environments.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high-quality curriculum and innovative teaching practices.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community in Lewisham.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Geography or a related field.
- Experience as a geography teacher at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for delivering engaging and challenging lessons.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
