• This secondary school has a very diverse and vibrant community of over 1500 students. It is a “Good” Ofsted school and OFSTED judged the effectiveness of leadership and management as Outstanding. In 2023/2023 the school were in the highest performing 55 schools in the country with a progress 8 score of 1.06. The school will do everything they can go to grow and retain their staff and have numerous members of their SLT who were former trainee teachers. For ECTs they will support and train them and help them in their journey to be the best teacher they can be. The school will also support and provide CPD and opportunities to more experienced teachers. For leaders the school will offer training and development opportunities.

About the Role – Geography Teacher – Barnet, North London

This school is looking for a Geography Teacher who is a high-quality graduate with skills and attributes to enthuse the highly ambitious students You will be required to teach Geography KS3 to KS4, but the ability to teach KS5 will be an advantage, as it is popular in all key stages. The school is a training school, offering some of the best training, and is an excellent school to teach at from ECT to leadership. The successful teacher will need to have strong classroom and behaviour management with a proven track record. A TLR may be considered for an outstanding candidate
