I am currently working with a 'outstanding' Secondary school based in Waltham Forest, Greater London in need of an experienced and qualified Geography teacher to join their team. This is a full time, long-term position starting immediately and the relevant teacher must be willing to teach Geography to to KS4 . The ideal teacher will be expected to plan, prepare and assess their lessons and the school are looking to interview/trial as soon as possible. This is a long-term position until July 2025, in the first instance.

  • You must be a qualified Humanities teacher (QTS/NQT/ECT)
  • Have an expert knowledge of the UK Curriculum
  • Experience teaching Humanities or Humanities related subjects, Geography
  • Available immediately
  • Current enhanced DBS (or willing to process one)

Teacher Summary:

  • The school are looking for a teacher of Humanities, whether experienced or an NQT
  • You will be required to teach Humanities at KS3, Year 7s - 9s
  • You will be confident in your ability to monitor the students and be able to deliver lessons that are engaging and enthusiastic in their approach to teaching
