Are you a recent graduate passionate about education and making a difference in young lives? We have collaborated with a school in West London, who are seeking talented individuals to fill multiple roles across various subjects.

Positions Available:

  • Maths Teaching Assistant
  • Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teaching Assistant
  • Humanities Teaching Assistant
  • Performing Arts/Drama/Dance Teaching Assistant
  • Art Teaching Assistant
  • English as an Additional Language (EAL) Teaching Assistant
  • ICT/ Computer Science Teaching Assistant
  • Physical Education (PE) Teaching Assistant
  • Science Teaching Assistant

Location: West London Secondary school

Duration: June/July/September start dates available

Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 pro rata salary - Term Time only- Full time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for students, promoting positive behavior and academic progress.
  • Support students with special educational needs or English language learning requirements.
  • Lead extracurricular activities related to your subject area or interests.
  • Cover supervisory duties during staff absences, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create inclusive and stimulating learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • A degree in the relevant subject area or a related field.
  • Passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subject areas and year groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
  • Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
