We are seeking an inspirational Head of English and Drama to direct the provision of English and Drama throughout the school. The school is set in wonderful grounds and although the school and is a non-secular high school, it still has all the charm of a traditional school and can boast all the modern facilities .
Your role will be to work with a cohesive department team and report to the Deputy head. You will be a strong believer in the sharing of good practice and either have previous experience as curriculum/subject leader or in the delivery of cross school initiatives.
The school have had previous success in fast tracking middle managers onto senior leadership roles and will encourage personal development in this area. This is quite a unique role and the school is keen to encourage excellent classroom practitioners to apply.
