History Teacher Responsibilities:
- Teach History & RE: Deliver engaging lessons in both History and Religious Education, fostering critical thinking and curiosity.
- Inspire & Motivate: Cultivate positive attitudes toward learning, while maintaining a respectful and disciplined classroom environment.
- Track & Support Progress: Regularly monitor individual student progress, ensuring academic excellence across subjects.
- Resource Management: Prepare and organize teaching materials for effective and seamless lessons.
- Extra-Curricular Involvement: Actively participate in and support extracurricular programs that enhance the student learning experience.
Requirements:
- Hold a QTS or PGCE.
- Must have experience teaching History and Religious Education.
- Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
