As a History Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching A-Level.
• Inspire a love of history in students and encourage their curiosity about the past.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback that supports their growth.
• Contribute to the development of the history curriculum.
• Play an active role in the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and enrichment programs.

• A supportive and collegial working environment with a strong focus on professional development.
• Opportunities for career progression, including potential leadership roles for the right candidate.
• Access to modern teaching facilities and resources.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in history or a related subject.
• Have a strong track record of teaching history at secondary school level.
• Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning, and to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Have the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
