Tradewind are recruiting! Are you looking for your next role teaching History in a great school located in Tower Hamlets?
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated History teacher for our client based in Tower Hamlets. This full-time position is set to commence in April 2025 and will involve teaching key stages 3 & 4.
Job Role Requirements:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the History curriculum.
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and progression.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Qualifications and Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A degree in History or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
