Inclusion Manager / KS3/4/5 / Good School / Lambeth

Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for inclusion and safeguarding? Do you have the expertise and leadership skills to make a meaningful impact on young people’s lives? This is your chance to join a supportive secondary school in Lambeth and play a pivotal role in promoting student welfare and inclusivity.  This role is a Permanent role with an ASAP start.

As Inclusion Manager, you will:

  • Lead the school’s safeguarding efforts, ensuring all policies and practices align with statutory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and external agencies to support the most vulnerable members of the school community.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote inclusion and provide tailored support to students and their families.
  • Maintain accurate safeguarding records using tools like CPOMS and Behaviour Watch.
  • Inspire and collaborate with staff to uphold a culture of safety, respect, and equality.

Requirements:

  • Essential: GCSEs in English and maths (or equivalent), degree or equivalent, Safeguarding Level 3 qualification.
  • Desirable: Evidence of ongoing professional development, first aid training.
  • Proven experience working with young people and leading safeguarding initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
