Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join our team on a full-time, long-term cover basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted support where necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning to ensure student success.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for Mathematics.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of teaching resources.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and school-wide initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Mathematics at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • This role is not suitable for ECTs (NQTs).
