The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our Mathematics Department from September 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is committed to inspiring students in Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love of mathematics, and preparing them for GCSE examinations and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
• Use data and assessment to inform teaching practice and support student progress.
• Participate in the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and innovative teaching techniques.
• Contribute to the creation of a stimulating learning environment.
• Offer extra-curricular activities that enhance students' learning experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a relevant degree and a PGCE (QTS)in Mathematics.
• Possesses strong classroom management skills.
• Demonstrates a systems-driven approach to education, ensuring consistency and efficiency in delivery.
• Maintains high personal and professional standards.
• Has a proven track record of fostering student achievement in Mathematics.
• Is enthusiastic about professional development and continuous learning.
• Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues.
