Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in mathematics to students across KS3, KS4, and, ideally, KS5.
- Foster a love for mathematics among students in Redbridge through innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Assess and track student progress, ensuring all learners in Redbridge are supported to achieve their best outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Maths Department to develop schemes of work and share best practices.
- Promote participation in extracurricular mathematics activities, such as maths clubs and competitions.
About You:
- A qualified Maths Teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience being an advantage.
- Enthusiastic about helping students in Redbridge succeed in mathematics.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
