Salary: £185 - £265 per day
Start Date: After February Half Term
Contract: Long Term until Summer, part-time (4 days a week)

GSL Education London Branch are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a vibrant comprehensive secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is an exciting long-term opportunity, working part-time (4 days a week), starting after February half term.

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Tailor lessons to support and stretch the abilities of all students, fostering a love for Mathematics.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress regularly.
• Support the wider school community by participating in departmental activities and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment, ensuring behaviour expectations are met.

To be considered for the Maths Teacher role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• The ability to commit to 4 days a week for the duration of the contract.
• A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to apply for one.
