Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality maths lessons to KS3 & KS4 students (KS5 opportunities available in some schools).
- Differentiate lessons to support students of varying abilities, ensuring all learners progress.
- Assess and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and promote positive behaviour management.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching maths at the secondary level (KS3 & KS4 required, KS5 desirable).
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
