GSL Education London Branch are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a PE Teacher to join a coeducational secondary school in Newham. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher who is ready to inspire students and promote a love for physical education. If you are an enthusiastic PE Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners, we want to hear from you!

PE Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging physical education lessons to key stages 3 and 4 across various sports and fitness activities.
  • Teach students about the importance of physical health, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels motivated to participate.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular sports activities to enhance the students' learning experience.

PE Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of physical education and sports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
