Position: PE Teacher

Location: Waltham Forest Secondary School

Start date: January 2025

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of all students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes physical activity, sportsmanship, and personal development.
• Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the PE curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities.
• Commitment to promoting health, fitness, and overall well-being among students.
