Physics Teacher: Job Description:We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Physics Teacher to join our Science Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, fostering a love for physics, and helping students to achieve their full potential. You will teach Physics to students across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5.

Physics Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective physics lessons across the curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
  • Prepare students for GCSE and A-level examinations.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues/ HOD to develop resources and share best practices.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities that enhance students' understanding and appreciation of science.

Requirements:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and a degree in Physics or a related subject.
  • Proven experience teaching Physics at secondary school level.
