Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum to promote student learning and development.
- Plan, prepare, and assess educational activities, ensuring they are tailored to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes respect and inclusivity.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to facilitate growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and curriculum changes.
- Uphold school policies and contribute to the overall ethos and vision of the institution.
Qualifications:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) recognised in the UK.
- A degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
