Job Title: Religious Education Cover Teacher (Immediate Start)
Location: Schools Across Hackney
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience
Contract: Temporary, Full-time
Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in secondary schools across Hackney? Dunbar Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Religious Education Cover Teacher's to join our team and provide support across a variety of schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and high-quality Religious Education lessons to students aged 11-16 (KS3 & KS4)
- Ensure a positive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Manage student behavior in line with school policies
- Support students in their learning and ensure they stay on task
- Adapt to different school settings and subject areas when required
What We're Looking For:
- Experience teaching Religious Education at KS3 and KS4 levels
- QTS
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly
- Confidence to lead a classroom and engage with students
