Secondary Science Teacher (Chemistry Specialism)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher (Chemistry specialism) to join our team from February half-term until Easter. The successful candidate will teach Key Stages 3 and 4, with some Key Stage 5 teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons with a focus on Chemistry.
  • Ensure lessons are engaging, challenging, and accessible for all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
  • Contribute to the wider Science department and school community.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
