We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join this Client from January 2025. This full-time role involves teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 English, inspiring young minds in a supportive and well-resourced learning environment.
Job Role Requirements:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school and curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and enhance teaching practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
Qualifications and Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Proven experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A commitment to professional development and contributing to the school community.
