The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching science at secondary school level (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate lessons to cater to the needs of all students.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
