Science Teacher

The Science department aim to provide students with an interest and understanding of Science and how Science works, as well as developing their practical experimental skills. A large department, there are a number of dedicated science laboratories, as well as having a number of science preparation rooms for technicians to use. The department work very closely together to provide the students with a varied and challenging curriculum and provide them with the support and guidance to achieve their personal goals. Both experienced and newly qualified Science Teachers are encouraged to apply for this role.

The role is to start in March and will be a full year maternity cover.

To be considered for this Science Teacher role you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• PGCE in Science
• Experience teaching Science to KS3 and KS4
• The desire to join a very successful department and school.
