The Role:
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, adhering to the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes students' academic and personal development.
- Effectively managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their individual learning needs.
- Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to contribute to the school's overall success.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in secondary schools and a thorough understanding of the science curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities.
- Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Flexibility and availability for day-to-day supply work.
