The role – Second in Charge of English
- The successful English Teacher will be required to plan, deliver and mark dynamic and comprehensive English lessons across all key stages.
- To deputise for the Head of English, assisting in leading the creation and establishment of outstanding provisions with English
- Develop innovative English lesson plans that cater to various learning abilities/styles, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged.
- Prepare students for exams and performances, providing them with the skills and confidence needed to excel.
- To be accountable for student progress and development in English across KS3 and KS4
- Track student progress

Key Requirements – Second in Charge of English
- The successful English Teacher must hold QTS (or equivalent)
