The Role:
As a Secondary Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will help to inspire students to reach their full potential, develop their mathematical skills, and foster a love of learning. You will work closely with a supportive and collaborative team of colleagues, contributing to the ongoing success and high academic standards of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Deliver high-quality, differentiated maths lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
•    Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment
•    Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students improve
•    Contribute to the development and delivery of the maths curriculum.
•    Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives
•    Participate in extracurricular activities and support the wider school community
•    Stay up to date with developments in the education sector and continuously improve your teaching practice

The Ideal Candidate:
•    A qualified Maths Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
•    A passion for teaching maths and inspiring young learners
•    Strong subject knowledge and a clear understanding of the national curriculum
•    Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
•    Experience teaching in a secondary school (desirable but not essential)
