As a Secondary SEN TA based in North London, you'll play an essential role in assisting SEN students, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group support to SEN students as a Secondary SEN TA.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to adapt lessons, making them accessible and engaging.
- Support students' personal development and independence, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
- Help implement education and training plans for individual student needs.
- Engage with students to encourage their learning, building a strong and supportive presence in the classroom.
