Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance student outcomes
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a focused learning atmosphere
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a secondary setting (KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable)
- Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to student progress and a passion for education
