As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver a range of subject lessons following lesson plans
- Differentiate learning to suit a range of learning abilities
- Promote positive behaviour in the classroom
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth
Ideal candidates will:
- Have relevant and recent experience within a Secondary school
- Have a current Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to complete a new one ASAP
- An understanding of Key Stages 3 & 4 curriculum and teaching methods, and the ability to adapt lessons according to the level and capacity of the class
- A strong, positive attitude with the ability to inspire and engage students
