About the Role:Horizon Teachers is currently working with a range of secondary schools in Camden who are seeking dedicated and flexible Supply Teachers to join their teams on a daily and short-term basis. If you are a qualified teacher looking for a flexible working arrangement or to gain experience in different school environments, this is an ideal opportunity for you.As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality education in your absence. You will be stepping into classrooms of all subjects and year groups (KS3-KS4), maintaining discipline and ensuring the continuation of the school's curriculum while providing support to students.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects (KS3 and KS4)
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Ensure all work is completed as per lesson plans, providing feedback where necessary
Adapt to different school environments and work with students from various backgrounds
Support students with any additional needs, as required
Help maintain high standards of teaching and learning during your placement

The Ideal Candidate:

A qualified teacher with experience in secondary education (ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply)
Flexible, adaptable, and able to quickly adjust to different classroom environments
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain focus during short-term placements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
