What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Experience teaching Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
- Ability to adapt lesson plans and teaching styles to different school environments
- Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
- A passion for inspiring and motivating students
- Flexible & Adaptable - Comfortable working in different schools with varied expectations
- Engaging & Motivational - Ability to inspire students and create a positive learning environment
- Reliable & Professional - Punctual, well-organised, and committed to high teaching standards
- Compassionate & Supportive - Able to build strong relationships with students and staff
