Job Title: Supply TeachersLocation: South London (Lambeth, Lewisham)Salary: £150 to £180 per dayWe are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable supply teachers to join Hays Education.The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher. - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages positive behaviour.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with school staff.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils to aid their development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
