We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Teacher Cover to join our welcoming school team in Southwark. This is a full-time, term-time only position, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a stable learning environment by covering lessons in the absence of teachers and assisting with after-school activities. As a Teacher Cover for this school, you will be responsible for ensuring that students remain focused and on task during their lessons, following the teacher's pre-set work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students engage in pre-set work.
• Maintain classroom discipline and follow the school's behaviour management policies.
• Support students with their learning when required.
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and classroom behaviour after each lesson.
• Assist with other duties around the school when cover is not required.
