We are currently seeking an exceptional Teacher of Business to deliver outstanding education to students aged 16-19.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to A-Level students, focusing on Business studies.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and enhance student understanding.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to aid their academic and personal development.
  • Prepare students for examinations and future careers by developing their knowledge and skills in Business.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and teaching materials that reflect current industry standards and practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching standards and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to post-16 students.
  • Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and assessment frameworks in Business studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young adults.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated with educational research and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
