Teacher of Design Technology
We are working with a Secondary School based in the Waltham Forest who are lookingto recruit a permanent or long term Teacher of Design Technology.
This is an excellent career opportunity for a strong classroom teacher to work in a thriving city comprehensive which has inclusion at its core.
Responsible to: Head of Faculty
Key purposes:
- To prepare and teach lessons that fulfil the planned curriculum for your subject and meet the needs of all students in your teaching groups
- As a tutor or an attached tutor, to provide pastoral and academic support to a group of students
- To play an active part in the departmental, faculty and pastoral teams to which you belong
The ideal candidate must:
- Hold UK QTS/QTLS
- Will welcome an ECT
- Have good subject knowledge.
- Be up to date with the current curriculum.
- Be a dynamic, career minded professional.
This role is Full-Time, Long-Termor Permanenet role.
