Qualified Teacher of Engineering - Secondary School - South East London

Dunbar Education is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified Teacher of Engineering for a reputable Secondary School in South-East London. If you are a dedicated educator with a strong background in Engineering, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative Engineering lessons to Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students
  • Plan, prepare, and assess students' work, ensuring progress and development
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in a supportive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop schemes of work and lesson plans
  • Foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Engineering at the Secondary level, including Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage students of varying abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
